A. From May 1 through September 30, all Township parks shall be closed to the public between the hours of nine o'clock (9:00) P.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M., prevailing time.
B. From October 1 through April 30, all Township parks shall be closed to the public between the hours of seven o'clock (7:00) P.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M., prevailing time.
C. Written notice forbidding entry during the hours when Township parks are closed to the public shall be conspicuously posted at the main entrance to such parks. (Ord. TO-94-8, 11-22-1994)
