A. The person designated by the Town Supervisor and Board of Trustees as the Leyden Township Code Enforcement Officer is empowered to enforce the provisions of this Public Ways Property Maintenance Code.
B. Violation of this Public Ways Property Maintenance Code shall be deemed a nuisance which may be abated by the Highway Commissioner, Town Supervisor or Town Attorney who may enforce this Code through injunctive or other relief , including prosecution for a fine as set forth in Section 3-3-3 below.
