A serious problem deleterious to the health, welfare and safety of the citizens of the Town of Leyden exists by reason of the actions of certain citizens in disposing or causing to be depositing of garbage, abandoning vehicles, discharge of sewage, depositing of snow and ice, water drainage, debris and vegetation, junk and other waste on the public ways and property of the Township. Such actions also hampers and prevents the Town of Leyden, its various agencies, departments and the Highway Commissioner from their respective statutory duties. (Ord. HO-2022-1, 2-8-2022)
