2-3-12: PYROTECHNICS:
   In addition to the audio production permit and/or film production permit, applicant must obtain a fire permit if the audio and/or film production activities include any special effect or stunt requiring the use of pyrotechnics or any material deemed hazardous, including but not limited to, fireworks, open flames, or explosives.
