2-3-9: PERMIT CONDITIONS:
   A.   If approved, the permit shall contain the following standard conditions:
      1.   Permittee shall, at its own cost and expense, comply with all statutes, ordinances, regulations and requirements of all governmental entities, including Federal, State, County, Township, local or Municipal, whether now in force or hereinafter enacted.
      2.   The permit shall not be transferred to any other person or entity.
      3.   In addition to the fees and charges set forth in section 2-3-10 of this chapter, permittee shall reimburse the Township for any additional costs incurred by the Township upon receipt of receiving notice from the Township of any additional costs.
      4.   Security in all public locations in unincorporated Leyden and on Leyden Township property shall be by the Cook County Sheriff’s Office. The number of required Sheriff Officers shall be coordinated and approved by the Cook County Sheriff’s Office and the Township Supervisor. Permittee shall contract directly with the Cook County Sheriff’s Office.
   B.   In addition to the conditions set forth above, the Township may condition the issuance of a permit by imposing reasonable requirements concerning the time, place, manner and duration of the audio and/or film production activities as referenced on any terms and conditions that may be attached to the permit, including but not limited to, the following:
      1.   Requirements for the presence of employees and equipment of the Township at applicant’s expense when required for the particular audio and/or film production activity;
      2.   Requirements concerning posting of no parking signs, placement of traffic control devices, and employment of traffic and crowd control monitors at applicant’s expense;
      3.   Requirements concerning the posting of the outer boundaries of the audio and/or film production activities, and providing advance notice and reasonable compensation to affected property owners and businesses;
      4.   Requirements concerning the cleanup and restoration of public streets and Township property employed in the audio and/or film production activities;
      5.   Restrictions concerning the use of Township employee services, vehicles, and other equipment in the audio and/or film production activities;
      6.   Requirements that applicant pay all fees, deposits and obtain all permits and licenses required for the audio and/or film production activities under local, State and Federal law;
      7.   Restrictions on the use of firearms, explosions, and other noise- creating or hazardous devices which disturb the peace;
      8.   Restrictions on the use of stunts involving pyrotechnics, open flame, vehicle crashes, or other hazardous materials;
      9.   Requirements concerning cover-up of police, fire and other official uniforms worn by actors, when the actors are not on camera;
      10.   Restrictions concerning the use of Township logos, insignias, badges, or decals for filming purposes;
      11.   Restrictions on the daily hours the audio and/or film production activities may be conducted in unincorporated areas of Leyden Township;
      12.   Requirements concerning the Township’s receipt of proper acknowledgment for any assistance provided in making feature, television, or commercial productions; and
      13.   Requirements concerning nondiscriminatory practices for employment; and
