2-2-2: PERMITTED LOCATIONS FOR GARAGE SALES:
   A.   It shall be unlawful for any individual to conduct a garage sale in the Township except from a residential premises owned or occupied by the individual conducting the garage sale.
   B.   A garage sale license under this Chapter is not required for any garage sale conducted within the corporate limits of a city or village within Leyden Township that regulates garage sales. (Ord. TO-99-8, 6-8-1999)
