3-3-7: DEPOSIT OF REFUSE, GARBAGE AND LITTER ON TOWNSHIP ROAD DISTRICT PROPERTY:
Except as provided in Chapter 4, “Waste Disposal Regulations”, Title 3 of the Town Code, no person or entity shall deposit refuse, garbage, litter, or any can, container or other receptacles, whether empty or containing the same, on rights-of-way, streets, parkways, or other property belonging to or under the jurisdiction of the Highway Commissioner.
