3-2-13: SIDEWALKS AND DRIVEWAYS:
Sidewalks, walkways, stairs, driveways, parking spaces, and similar areas shall be kept in a proper state of repair, and maintained free of loose or broken material and cracks and other hazardous conditions. All means of ingress and egress from any building shall be maintained in good repair and free from any obstructions, including vegetation. (TO-2022-1, 2-8-2022)
