A. No person shall, without authority, knowingly enter or remain on the premises of any Township park during the hours that the park is closed to the public.
B. No person is authorized to remain on the premises of a Township park who commits or threatens to commit, while on the premises, any offense punishable under the Illinois Criminal Code against property, against another person, or against public health, safety or decency.
C. No person shall remain on the premises of a Township park after being notified personally to leave the premises. (Ord. TO-2021-11, 10-12-2021)
