(a) Construction or demolition activities that are conducted between 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. only.
(b) Stationary non-emergency signaling devices which operate less than two minutes/hour. Testing of non-emergency signal devices shall be allowed only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
(c) Emergency signaling devices.
(d) Bells or chimes operated by any church or school.
(e) Whenever a temporary use permit has been issued by Council for special construction projects, civic events, public gatherings such as parades, sporting events, concerts, etc.
(f) Any other activity for which regulations have been preempted by state or federal laws.
