** Where the required minimum separation between signs would result in an unnecessary or undue hardship not created by the applicant, an application for a variance from this section concerning only the placement or location of a sign may be filed with Village Council. A two-thirds (2/3) majority vote of Council is necessary to approve any variance from the provisions of this chapter.
