933.16 NO PREVENTION OF SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT BETWEEN MUNICIPALITY AND INDUSTRIAL CONCERN.

No statement contained in Sections 933.02 through 933.25 will be construed as preventing any special arrangement between the Municipality and any industrial concern whereby an industrial waste of unusual strength or character may be accepted by the Municipality for treatment, subject to payment therefor by the industrial concern.
