933.02 APPLICATION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The rules and regulations in this chapter shall apply to the sanitary sewage collection system constructed within and without the corporate limits of the Municipality. These rules and regulations shall apply from a location three feet beyond the foundation of each home, building, or structure and shall include house sewers, laterals, trunk, and interceptor sewers.
