3-5-1: ESTABLISHMENT:

Pursuant to the authority found in section 7-34-101, Montana Code Annotated, the city has established in the past and has maintained an ambulance service; for the purpose of which is to provide emergency medical service in and around Lewistown and Fergus County, Montana. (Ord. 1579, 12-18-1989)
