2-10-1: CREATION:
Pursuant to the authority found in title 7, chapter 16, part 42, Montana Code Annotated, the Lewistown city commission has created a board of park commissioners. Such board constitutes a department of the city and is governed by the provisions of Montana law cited herein. (Ord. 1732, 3-7-2011)
