2-6-2: ESTABLISHMENT OF PUBLIC LIBRARY:
There is hereby established a free public library for the use of the citizens under such regulations as may be prescribed by a board of trustees hereinafter provided and subject to the approval of the commission. (Ord. 1715A, 12-3-2007)
