2-3-1: CREATION:

There is hereby created and established an official body of the city to be known as the Lewistown park and recreation board, which shall have all of the duties and responsibilities as specified in title 7, chapter 16, parts 41 and 42, and title 20, chapter 7, part 8, Montana Code Annotated. (Ord. 1572, 6-6-1988)
