2-2-1: POLICE COMMISSION ESTABLISHED:
The city manager shall nominate and, with the consent of the city commission, appoint three (3) residents of Lewistown who shall have the qualifications required by law to hold a municipal office therein and shall constitute a board to be known by the name of "police commission". (Ord. 1581, 5-7-1990; amd. Ord. 1663, 1-3-2000; Ord. 1664, 1-3-2000)
