The Lewistown city-county planning board shall possess and have all powers and authority granted by the provisions of title 11, chapter 38, Revised Codes of Montana, 1947, as amended by chapters 189 and 190 of the laws of the thirty ninth legislative assembly of the state of Montana, 1965, and shall perform all duties required thereunder.
