The jurisdictional area shall include the area within the incorporated limits of the city and such contiguous unincorporated area outside the city as bears reasonable relation to the development of the city. The jurisdictional area shall not exceed more than four and one-half (41/2) miles beyond the city limits of the city of Lewistown, Montana. (Ord. 1232, 6-8-1965)
