2-1-10: SECRETARY; CONTRACTS FOR SERVICES:
The board may appoint and prescribe the duties and fix the compensation of a secretary, and such employees as are necessary for the discharge of duties and responsibilities of the board. (Ord. 1232, 6-8-1965)
