1-23-6: INVENTORY:
Each department head of the city and other persons in charge of or responsible for the care and maintenance of capital property, plant, or equipment, shall, on or before November 1, 1990, provide to the city manager a written report on the inventory or items of capital property, plant, or equipment in their charge, custody or care. The report shall identify each such item by manufacturer, model, serial number, or other descriptive or identifying information. As to each item, the report shall state the date of acquisition, the cost at the time of acquisition, the estimated life of such item and the estimated cost of annual or future repairs, the estimated or projected time of replacement and the cost thereof, and any other information deemed necessary or helpful. The report shall also indicate the priorities of the department head or other person among the various items under his or her control and management. (Ord. 1586, 6-18-1990; amd. Ord. 1663, 1-3-2000)
