1-23-3: APPROPRIATIONS:
The city commission may, on an annual basis, appropriate money to be placed in the capital improvement program fund. The amount of any annual appropriation shall not exceed five percent (5%) of the money received by the city from and as a part of the all purpose mill levy. (Ord. 1586, 6-18-1990; amd. Ord. 1664, 1-3-2000)
