1-23-2: ADMINISTRATION:
The city manager shall be charged with overall administration of the capital improvement program and the capital improvement program fund. The duties and responsibilities of administering such program and fund may be delegated to such officers and employees as the city manager sees fit. (Ord. 1586, 6-18-1990; amd. Ord. 1663, 1-3-2000)
Appropriation and expenditure of money to and from the capital improvement program fund shall be by the city commission in accordance with the above cited state statutes, the municipal budget law, and any all other applicable laws, rules or regulations.
