9-1-8: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

Violation of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor and any person violating the provisions of this chapter may be fined in an amount not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment not to exceed six (6) months for any one offense. (Ord. 1455, 7-7-1980)
