9-1-7: CITY TO PLACE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES:
If any person fails to provide the safety devices required by this chapter, such devices shall be installed and maintained by the city. Any cost incurred shall be paid by such person. (Ord. 1455, 7-7-1980)
