9-1-6: CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE WORK DEFINED:

Construction and maintenance work, as used with this chapter, shall include street openings, diggings, excavations, street construction and repairs, sidewalk, curb and gutter construction and repair, building erection or repair, and any or all work performed in the city. (Ord. 1455, 7-7-1980)
