9-1-5: BARRICADED AREAS; ENTRY PROHIBITED:
No unauthorized person shall walk upon or drive upon that portion of the street, traffic lane, alley or sidewalk which has been properly barricaded to prohibit such use. (Ord. 1455, 7-7-1980)
