The building official is authorized, with regard to all construction or maintenance work being done within the public right of way, to limit or otherwise control such construction or maintenance work as follows:
(A) Length of time in which work must be completed.
(B) Day or days of the week during which such work may be accomplished.
(C) Time of day during which such work may be accomplished.
(D) Length and width of area which may be used as work zone.
(E) Width of street which may be blocked.
(F) Methods by which work may be accomplished.
(G) Maximum wheel loads to be allowed, depending upon the load carrying capabilities of individual streets.
(H) Type of equipment which may be used to accomplish work. (Ord. 1455, 7-7-1980)
