8-9-1: PURPOSE:
   (A)   It shall be a violation of this chapter to own or maintain any public nuisance or community decay within the city.
   (B)   This chapter applies to the whole of the city and any areas which may hereafter be annexed to the city. (Ord. 1650, 9-8-1998)
