8-6-4: VEHICLES CAUSING UNSANITARY CONDITIONS OR OFFENSIVE ODOR:

It shall be unlawful and deemed a nuisance for any person, to park any vehicle upon any yard, lot, place, premises, or upon any street or alley within the limits of the city, which creates and causes an unsanitary condition or an offensive odor. (Ord. 1174, 3-5-1962)
