8-6-2: ANIMALS AND FOWL:

It shall be unlawful and deemed a nuisance, for any person to permit or house upon any yard, lot, place or premises or upon any street or sidewalk within the limits of the city, any animal or fowl which causes an unsanitary condition or an offensive odor. (Ord. 1174, 3-5-1962)
