The United States public health service ordinance and code regulating eating and drinking establishments recommended by the United States public health service be and the same is hereby adopted as the ordinance and code regulating eating and drinking establishments in the city; that the recommended ordinance and code of the United States public health service of 1943, in addition to the sanitary code of the Montana state board of health, is hereby declared to be the ordinance and code of the city in its entirety as though written herein and set out and is hereby made a part hereof with the exception of section 12 pertaining to penalties, which said section is provided for in this code, a copy of said code with the amendment herein shall be filed with the clerk as the official code of the city.
