6-2-26: ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER:

The city manager shall designate an employee of the city to act in the capacity of animal control officer, giving such position the authority to issue notices to appear for violations of this chapter. They shall receive no pay other than their regular pay as city employees, and shall not be classified as a police officer for the city. (Ord. 1676, 3-6-2000)
