6-2-21: CRUELTY TO OR ABANDONING ANIMALS; POISONING:

It is unlawful for any person to wilfully and cruelly inflict pain upon or injure any animal. It is unlawful for any person or persons to abandon any animal. It is unlawful for any person to lay out or expose any poison for the purpose of killing any animal within the city, or to aid or abet any person in so doing. (Ord. 1676, 3-6-2000)
