6-2-20: ANIMALS ADOPTED FROM POUND:

Any person may adopt an unclaimed animal after five (5) days by paying the impoundment fee and associated fees as set forth in this chapter in addition to presenting a prepaid receipt for altering of the animal. Upon adopting and taking possession of the animal, the person shall immediately have it altered. (Ord. 1676, 3-6-2000)
