6-2-18: REDEMPTION OF IMPOUNDED ANIMALS:
The owner of any animal which has been impounded under the provisions of this chapter shall have the right to redeem the animal from the pound by presenting a receipt showing the payment of all fees as set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 1676, 3-6-2000)
