6-2-12: QUARANTINE OF ANIMAL INFLICTING BITES OR SUSPECTED OF BEING RABID:
When any animal capable of being infected with rabies has been bitten, or is suspected of having bitten any person, or is suspected of being infected with rabies, it shall be quarantined for a period of not less than fourteen (14) days in a place designated by the public health officer or representative.
