There is hereby adopted by the city for the purpose of prescribing criminal acts that certain code and standards known as the "criminal code of 1973" as set forth in title 45, Montana Code Annotated, and the whole thereof as they are now constituted and as amended from time to time, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein and from the date on which this chapter shall take effect the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the limits of the city unless otherwise stated by ordinance of the city.
