Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined an amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a first violation and two hundred dollars ($200.00) for a second or subsequent violation. A violation may also result in the revocation of the person's city business license or denial of an application for the renewal of such business license. In addition, any person violating a provision of this chapter may be subject to a civil penalty of ten dollars ($10.00) per day for each day the violation is allowed to continue.
