5-27-7: TERMINATION OF PERMIT:

The city may revoke any permit issued under this chapter, upon thirty (30) days' notice, for any violation of this chapter, any applicable city code or state statute, except the city may immediately revoke a permit issued hereunder, without notice, for any violation which presents a danger to the public health, safety or welfare.
