No person covered by this chapter shall:
(A) Sell food or beverages for immediate consumption unless he or she has available his or her own trash receptacle available for his or her own patrons' use;
(B) Leave any location without first picking up, removing and disposing of all trash or refuse remaining from sales made by the vendor;
(C) Utilize any device which produces a loud, or persistent and annoying sound. (Ord. 1743, 7-16-2012)
