5-27-1: DEFINITIONS:
MOBILE FOOD VENDOR UNIT: Any self-contained wheeled cart, wagon, trailer or other device, whether motorized or not, utilized to serve food or drink for off premises human consumption and has no internal or external seating.
PERMANENT CARRYOUT FOOD AND BEVERAGE STRUCTURE: A structure occupying eighty (80) square feet of space or less that is not movable, and is used more than one hundred twenty (120) days in a calendar year, serves food or drink for off premises human consumption, employs two (2) or fewer employees on the premises and has no internal or external seating.
SMALL BUSINESS FOOD AND BEVERAGE VENDORS: Include temporary carryout food and beverage structures, permanent carryout food and beverage structures and mobile food vendors.
TEMPORARY CARRYOUT FOOD AND BEVERAGE STRUCTURE: A structure occupying eighty (80) square feet or less of space that is movable, used less than one hundred twenty (120) days in a calendar year, serves food or drink for off premises human consumption, employs two (2) or fewer employees on the premises and has no internal or external seating.
