5-1-19: PROSECUTIONS FOR VIOLATION OF THIS TITLE:
Prosecutions for violation of this title shall be in the city court upon written complaint of the city manager, city clerk, police chief, city attorney, or any citizen of the city. (Ord. 1700, 12-6-2004)
