4-3-1: APPLICATION OF REGULATIONS:

The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all installations, extensions, additions, alterations, maintenance, and repairs of gas piping, equipment and appliances on a consumer's premises from the outlet of the utility's gas meter. (Ord. 1064, 9-24-1956)
