§ 93.02 HOWLING, BARKING DOGS DISTURBING NEIGHBORHOOD PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any owner or person in charge of a dog to suffer or permit on his or her premises the loud or frequent barking, howling or yelping of such dog, so as to annoy or disturb the neighborhood.
