§ 93.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction therefor, shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $200 for each offense, and each day the violation continues shall be a separate offense.
