§ 93.01 VICIOUS DOGS PROHIBITED IN CITY.

It shall be unlawful for any person to harbor or keep, within the corporate limits of the city, any dog with a vicious propensity. It shall be prima facie evidence of viciousness for any dog to bite or attack any person off the owner's own premises.
