(a) In addition to the public hearing requirements of Section 1379.04, a freestanding sign providing notification of the pending Planning Commission public hearing shall be posted on the subject property.
(b) The sign shall:
(1) Be available from the City and prominently displayed on the subject property for a period of not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled hearing.
(2) Clearly identify that the subject property is proposed for a rezoning, Conditional Use Permit or variance from the Zoning Ordinance or Subdivision Regulations.
(3) Identify the present zoning district(s) and the zoning district(s) requested for the subject property.
(4) Identify the time, date and place of the Planning Commission or Board of Zoning Appeals action pending for the property.
(5) State that additional information is available at the Lewisburg City Hall.
