137.04 QUORUM.

The Human Rights Commission shall meet upon call of the chairman and as often as its members shall deem necessary. Any five members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business and a simple majority of the Commission shall be required to take action relative to the same. Minutes of its meetings shall be kept by its secretary.
